The Effect of Composite Microbial Ecological Agent on the Immune and Antioxidant Functions of Piglets
To investigate the effects of different levels of composite microecological agents on the immune function and antioxidant indicators of weaned piglets,240"Du×Chang×Da"ternary hybrid weaned piglets were added with different concentrations of composite microecological agents. The results showed that adding 0.2%compound probiotics to the basic diet could significantly improve the growth performance of weaned piglets, reduce feed to weight ratio and diarrhea rate(P<0.05).Simultaneously increase the levels of TP,ALB,HDL,and LDL in the blood of piglets. With the increase of the level of composite probiotics added, the serum levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in piglets showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing. Therefore,a 0.2%level of composite probiotics can enhance the immune system of piglets and improve their antioxidant capacity.
