山羊繁殖性能受微效多基因控制,随着分子生物学技术的发展,与山羊多胎性状相关的候选基因逐渐被挖掘和鉴定出来,该文综述了FSHR、GDF9、BMP15、BMPR-1B、INHA等重要的山羊多胎性状候选基因在山羊染色体定位、单核苷酸多态性及其对多胎性状的影响等方面的研究现状,为今后挖掘出更多山羊多胎分子标记提供参考。
Research Progress on Candidate Genes for Multiple Traits in Goats
The reproductive performance of goats is controlled by micro effect polygenes.With the development of molecular biology technology,candidate genes related to goat multiparity traits have gradually been excavated and identified.This article reviews the research status of important candidate genes for goat multiparity traits such as FSHR、GDF9、BMP15、BMPR-1B、,and INHA in goat chromosome localization,single nucleotide polymorphism,and their impact on multiparity traits,providing reference for exploring molecular markers of goat multiparity.
