摘要

近年,随着我国牛羊养殖业的快速发展,饲料资源短缺和人畜争粮现象日益突出,为缓解人畜争粮和饲料资源短缺问题,植物副产物受到了广泛关注.植物副产物富含蛋白质、碳水化合物、脂肪等营养物质是畜牧业重要的饲料资源,植物副产物通过发酵作为反刍动物饲料能够降低饲养成本、降低肠道甲烷排放量.还可以改善反刍动物生长性能、提高免疫力、提高产奶量、肠道健康水平和牛羊肉品质,在牛羊生产中具有广阔的应用前景.该文综述了发酵植物副产物的功能以及发酵植物副产物在牛羊生产的应用研究进展,为发酵植物副产物在牛羊生产中的进一步推广与应用提供参考.

Abstract

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's cattle and sheep breeding industry,the shortage of feed resources and the competition between humans and animals for food have become increasingly prominent.To alleviate this competition and feed resource shortage,plant by-products have received widespread attention.Plant by-products are rich in nutrients such as protein,carbohydrates,and fats,making them an important feed resource for the livestock industry.Fermented plant by-products used as ruminant feed can reduce feeding costs,lower methane emissions,and improve ruminant growth performance,immune system,milk production,gut health,and the quality of beef and mutton,thus having broad application prospects in cattle and sheep production.This article summarizes the functions of fermented plant by-products and the research progress on their application in cattle and sheep production,aiming to provide a reference for the further promotion and application of fermented plant by-products in cattle and sheep production.
