Gansu white pig is a high-grade local pig breed,which is famous for its good adaptability and high meat production performance.It is of great significance to conduct scientific research on the production and comprehensive utilization technology of Gansu white pigs in modern pig breeding industry.This paper systematically summarizes the key technical points of Gansu white pigs in the production process,including breed selection and breeding,feed management,environmental control,production management,comprehensive utilization and marketing.Through the application of scientific and reasonable technology,not only the production efficiency of Gansu white pigs can be improved,but also the efficient utilization of resources and the sustainable development of the environment can be realized.Through this review,it is hoped that it can provide useful reference and guidance for the pig raising industry and promote the development and progress of Gansu white pig industry.
