Analysis of the Industrialization Status and Prospects of Triticosecale in Xinjiang
Triticale(Triticosecale)is a new crop created by crossing wheat and ryegrass and genetic improvement,because of its remarkable yield advantage and nutritional value,it has a high utilization prospect in livestock and poultry breeding.Fodder triticale also has excellent resistance,can adapt to different climate and soil conditions,which makes it in drought,cold,saline and other harsh environment can maintain better growth.In the context of the transformation of Xinjiang into modern animal husbandry,the development and utilization of fodder triticale is expected to provide important fodder support for intensive farming in agricultural areas,it can also provide a new industrial model for the development and utilization of marginal land.However,the industrialization of fodder triticale in Xinjiang still faces some challenges.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the present situation of research and extension of fodder triticale in Xinjiang,to discuss the challenge of its industrialization development,and to put forward the corresponding solving strategies,the purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the development of forage triticale industry and the utilization of animal husbandry.
