摘要
为评估猪瘟苗和猪蓝耳苗在保育阶段混合及分点注射的免疫效果差异.试验选取48头健康断奶仔猪,随机分为4组,分别实施混合注射与分点注射.结果表明,猪瘟与蓝耳混合注射对猪产生的猪瘟抗体无显著影响,对产生蓝耳抗体有显著影响.
Abstract
In order to evaluate the differences in immune effects between CSF vaccine and PRRS vaccine mixed and injected at different points during the conservation stage.48 healthy weaned piglets were selected for the experiment and randomly divided into four groups for mixed and separate injections.The results showed that the mixed injection of CSF and PRRS had no significant effect on the production of CSF antibodies in pigs,but had a significant impact on the production of PRRS antibodies.
