生猪疫病是困扰健康养殖的重要因素。为了解张家港市生猪口蹄疫(FMD)、猪瘟(CSF)、高致病性蓝耳病(HP-PRRS)3种主要疫病免疫抗体水平,从2019-2023年分别采集张家港市规模化养殖场和散养户3 738、3 674、3 085份猪血清,用于检测口蹄疫、猪瘟、高致病性蓝耳病抗体水平。检测结果显示,口蹄疫免疫抗体水平在2021年最低为77。07%,2022年最高为96。79%;猪瘟免疫抗体水平在2019年最低为82。00%,2021年最高为97。51%;高致病性蓝耳病免疫抗体水平在2021年最低为88。43%,2020年最高为96。74%。近5年口蹄疫、猪瘟、高致病性蓝耳病抗体水平总体维持在77。07%~97。51%,能够更好地保护生猪免遭重大疫病的威胁。该研究为动物疫病防控和流行病学调研提供重要的参考依据。
Monitoring and Analysis of FMD,CSF and HP-PRRS Immune Antibody Levels in Pigs in Zhangjiagang City from 2019 to 2023
Pig disease is an important factor in healthy farming.To understand Zhangjiagang pig foot-and-mouth disease(FMD),swine fever(CSF),highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(HP-PRRS)immunoantibody levels for three major diseases,from 2019 to 2023,3 738,3 674 and 3 085 pig serums were collected from large-scale farms in Zhangjiagang City,respectively,It is used to detect the antibody level of foot-and-mouth disease,swine fever and highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome.The FMD immunoantibody level was lowest at 77.07%in 2021,the maximum was 96.79%in 2022;the level of immune antibodies to CSF was 82.00%in 2019,the maximum in 2021 is 97.51%;the level of immune antibodies to HP-PRRS is at a minimum of 88.43%in 2021 and 96.74%in 2020.In the past five years,FMD,CSF and HP-PRRS antibody levels have remained at 77.07%~97.51%overall,better protecting pigs from major diseases.Therefore,the research provides an important reference for animal disease prevention and control and epidemiological research.
