摘要
动物模型在生物医学研究中广泛应用,用于寻找疾病发病机制及治疗对策.随着人们对使用动物福利的关注和对动物权利概念的日益认识,相关的伦理问题得到了更大的关注.该文通过举例说明动物是如何被用于与一些主要生物医学相关问题的研究,并激发关于伦理学在研究和教育中使用动物的应用的讨论,希望有助于提高科学界对这些伦理和法律规则的认识.
Abstract
Animal models are widely used in biomedical research to discover disease pathogenesis and therapeutic strategies.However,related ethical issues have received greater attention with People's concern about the use of animal welfare and the increasing awareness of the concept of animal rights.In this review,we stimulate discussion about the application of ethics to the use of animals in research and education by illustrating how animals are used in research that is relevant to some major biomedical issues,it is hoped that it will contribute to raising the awareness of the scientific community of these ethical and legal rules.
