To study the clinical efficacy of Compound Atractylodes chinensis Oral Liquid in treating bacterial diarrhea in animals,50 piglets diagnosed with bacterial diarrhea in natural diseases were selected and divided into 5 groups on average;The blank control group was orally injected with distilled water at a dose of 1.5 mL/kg body weight once a day;The Western medicine treatment group takes amoxicillin orally at a dose of 20 mg/kg body weight once a day;Three treatment groups were orally administered with Compound Atractylodes chinensis Oral Liquid at doses of 0.5,1,and 1.5 mL/kg,once a day,for a trial period of 7 days.The results showed that the oral liquid of Compound Atractylodes chinensis has good antibacterial effect,and can inhibit bacterial inflammatory reactions by suppressing the expression and secretion of inflammatory factors(IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α).Oral doses of 1～1.5 mL/kg can have significant therapeutic effects.
