Experimental Study on the Influencing Factors of Synchronous Estrus Artificial Insemination Technology in the Improvement of Meat Sheep Breeds
In order to improve the efficiency of sheep breeding and optimize animal husbandry management,the application effect of synchronous estrus artificial insemination technology for sheep was evaluated.By designing three sets of controlled experiments,the effects of factors such as nutritional supplementation,environmental temperature,and types of progesterone suppositories(sponge suppositories and silicone suppositories)on the suspension status,reproductive tract abnormalities,and pregnancy status of ewes were explored.The results showed that the comparison between experimental groups 1 and 2 showed that supplementing with sodium selenite vitamin ADE powder increased the conception rate of ewes by 2.5%,but had little effect on the rate of suspension and reproductive tract abnormalities;Comparing experimental groups 3 and 4,lower environmental temperatures can reduce the conception rate;Comparing experimental groups 2 and 3,compared with sponge suppositories,silicone suppositories can significantly improve conception rates and reduce the rates of hanging suppositories and reproductive tract abnormalities.The research results of this article can provide technical support for the efficient promotion and application of synchronous estrus artificial insemination technology in the improvement of sheep breeds.
