摘要

为探讨复合微生物饲料添加剂对奶牛生产性能和乳品质的影响.选择100头中国荷斯坦牛作为试验动物,随机分为2组,每组分别设置5个重复,每个重复内均包含10头奶牛.对照组实施常规基础饲粮饲养,试验组实施在基础饲粮中额外添加50 g/d复合微生物饲料饲养,试验时间为65 d.与对照组相比,试验组奶牛的平均日产奶量得到了显著的提高(P<0.05),而料奶比得到了显著的降低(P<0.05).试验组奶牛乳中的乳蛋白率和乳脂肪率均显著大于对照组(P<0.05),而牛乳中含有的体细胞数量显著小于对照组(P<0.05).复合微生物饲料添加剂能够有效提高奶牛生产性能,改善其乳品质.

Abstract

To explore the effects of composite microbial feed additives on the production performance and milk quality of dairy cows.The 100 Chinese Holstein cows were selected as experimental subjects and randomly divided into two groups.Each group underwent 5 replicates,with 10 cows in each replicate.The control group was fed with basic feed,while the experimental group was fed with an additional 50 g/d of compound microbial feed in the basic feed.The entire experiment lasted for 65 days.Compared with the control group,the average daily milk production of the experimental group cows was significantly increased(P<0.05),while the feed to milk ratio was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The milk protein and fat content in the milk of the experimental group cows were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the number of somatic cells in the milk was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The addition of composite microbial feed can effectively improve the production performance and milk quality of dairy cows.
