该文介绍了烟台大地牧业股份有限公司在蛋鸡无抗养殖管理过程中的经验,从鸡场建设、饲养育雏前生产性物资管理、饲养养殖技术与人员管理、饲养养殖设备及器具管理、饲养养殖期间生物安全措施管理、饲养养殖期间无害化处理管理、饲养养殖期间生产数据记录与档案管理等方面进行探讨,为相关从业人员在规模化蛋鸡场生物安全防护体系建设、运行管理方面提供参考.
Abstract
This paper introduces the experience of Yantai Dadi Animal Husbandry Co.,Ltd.in the"No Resistance"breeding management of laying hens,the management of production materials before raising chicks,the management of breeding technology and personnel,the management of breeding equipment and tools,the management of biosafety measures during breeding,the management of harmless treatment during breeding,and the management of production data records and archives during breeding.It provides reference for relevant practitioners in the construction and operation of biosafety system in large-scale egg farms.
