家禽感染沙门氏菌后,可通过蛋和肉制品传染至人体.环境卫生、疫苗接种、抗生素治疗、营养调控是有效减少家禽沙门氏菌感染的方式,其中营养调控包括在饲粮中添加益生元、益生菌、后生元、合生元和噬菌体等.该文总结了家禽沙门氏菌预防策略与控制方法的研究进展.
Abstract
Salmonella infection in poultry can be transmitted to humans through eggs and meat products.Environmental hygiene,vaccination,antibiotic therapy and nutritional regulation are effective ways to reduce Salmonella infection in poultry,including dietary supplementation of prebiotics,probiotics,epigenetics,biostime and phages.This paper summarizes the research progress of prevention strategies and control methods of salmonella in poultry.
