摘要
十足目虹彩病毒1(Decapoda iridovirus 1,DIV1)是一种新兴的传染性病毒,属于虹彩病毒科十足目虹彩病毒属,主要感染虾类和其他甲壳类动物的造血组织和血细胞,致死率高达100%,DIV1的有效诊断是防控DIV1的重要手段.该文主要介绍DIV1诊断方法的最新研究进展.
Abstract
Decapoda iridovirus 1(DIV1)is an emerging infectious virus,belonging to the genus Decapoda iridovirus of the Iridoviridae family,mainly infecting the hematopoietic tissues and hemocytes of shrimps and other crustaceans,with a mortality rate of up to 100%.Effective diagnosis of DIV1 is an important measure for the prevention and control of DIV1.This article mainly introduces the latest research progress in the diagnostic methods for DIV1.
