摘要
在乡村振兴战略背景下要重点解决好"三农"问题,将农民作为工作的重心,发挥农民的主体作用,促使农民运用自己的智慧和力量积极投身于农业发展、农村建设中来.在农民工作中要加强培训和教育,提高农民的综合素质,确保他们掌握系统化的知识和技能,运用自身的专业能力来提高生产力,增加收入的同时也可以带动农村经济的发展.该文主要论述新质生产力赋能乡村振兴背景下高素质农民培育路径,旨在发挥农民的智慧和谋略,推动农村产业转型升级,实现乡村振兴战略目标.
Abstract
Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,we should focus on solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,taking farmers as the focus of our work.It is necessary to strengthen training and education,improve the comprehensive quality of farmers,ensure that they master systematic knowledge and skills,use their own professional ability to improve productivity,and increase income can also drive the development of rural economy.The purpose of this paper is to give full play to the wisdom and strategy of farmers,promote the transformation and upgrading of rural industries,and achieve the strategic goal of rural revitalization.
