摘要
[目的]为了更好地开发利用马铃薯茎叶以缓解我国饲料原料严重紧缺的压力.[方法]对马铃薯茎叶的营养成分、影响马铃薯茎叶饲料化的因素及其在猪、牛、羊、兔等动物养殖生产中的应用研究进行分析总结.[结果]添加发酵促进剂、发酵抑制剂、混贮等方式可促进马铃薯茎叶饲料化.[结论]马铃薯茎叶可作为非常规饲料进行开发利用,应用于养殖生产中,不仅可实现废物资源化利用、降低饲料成本和环境污染,也可缓解饲料原料严重紧缺的压力,提高畜牧业经济效益,促进畜牧业更好的发展.
Abstract
[Objectives]Potato vines were better developed and utilized to alleviate the severe shortage of raw materials for forage in China.[Methods]The nutritional components of potato vines,the factors affecting the utilization of potato vines as forage,and its application in the farming and production of animals including pigs,cows,sheep,and rabbits were analyzed and summarized.[Results]Adding promoters and inhibitors of fer-mentation,and mixed storage promoted the conversion of potato vines to forage.[Conclusions]Potato vines can be developed and utilized as unconventional forage for farming and production,which not only realizes the uti-lization of waste resources,reduces the costs of forage and the environmental pollution,but also alleviates the pressure of severe shortage of raw materials for forage,improves the economic benefits of animal husbandry,and promotes the better development of animal husbandry.
