半胱胺锌在动物生产中的应用研究进展

[目的]探讨半胱胺锌(zinc cysteine)在动物营养学与饲料添加剂领域的应用潜力,以提升动物生产性能与健康状态。[方法]基于半胱胺锌的性质,综合分析其在动物生产方面的研究进展。[结果]半胱胺锌作为一种含有半胱氨酸和锌的复合物,具有高稳定性,能有效传递营养素。它不仅能促进动物生长、优化肉质与奶质品质,还能增强动物免疫力。通过调节动物体内的氧化还原平衡,半胱胺锌能促进蛋白质合成与骨骼发育,有效提升动物的生产性能。然而,在应用过程中,仍存在剂量优化、长期效应评估及与其他饲料成分的相互作用等问题。[结论]半胱胺锌是一种新型饲料添加剂,在动物生产中展现出巨大潜力,但仍需进一步研究和优化其应用策略,深入探究其作用机制,优化使用方法,着力开发新型衍生物,结合现代生物技术,拓宽半胱胺锌在畜牧业中的应用领域。
Progress on the application of zinc cysteamine in animal production
[Objectives]The potential of applying zinc cysteine in animal nutrition and feed additives was studied to improve the production performance and the health of animals.[Methods]The progress on applying zinc cysteine in animal production was comprehensively reviewed based on the properties of zinc cysteamine.[Results]Zinc cysteine,as a complex containing cysteine and zinc,has high stability and can effectively deliver nutrients.It can not only promote the growth of animals and optimize the quality of meat and milk,but also en-hance the immunity of animals.Zinc cysteine can promote the synthesis of protein and the development of ani-mal bone by regulating the balance of redox in animal bodies,effectively improving the production perfor-mance of animals.However,there are still issues including the optimization of dosage,the evaluation of long-term effect,and the interactions with other components in feed during the process of application.[Conclusions]Zinc cysteine is a new type of feed additive with great potential of application in animal production.However,further studies and optimization of its strategies for application are still needed,with a deep investigation of its acting mechanism,optimization of its usage and methods,and efforts to develop new derivatives.The fields of applying Zinc cysteine in animal husbandry need to be expanded by combining with modern biotechnology.
