先进制造业高素质产业工人培育对策研究

先进制造业高质量发展离不开高素质产业工人,培育高素质产业工人是高质量发展先进制造业的基石.基于扬州先进制造业发展和产业工人培育调研数据,分析先进制造业高素质产业工人培育存在的问题,提出引企育企和引才育才并举并重、贯通职业教育培训一体化体系、搭建人才梯队培育平台、破除人才层次论等路径,从而破解先进制造业产业工人培育困境.
Abstract
The high-quality development of advanced manufacturing industry cannot do away with high-quality industrial workers,since the latter is the cornerstone of the former.Based on research data about the develop-ment of advanced manufacturing industry and the cultivation of industrial workers in Yangzhou,this paper ana-lyzes the problems and puts forward the following approaches so as to solve the dilemma in the cultivation of high-quality industrial workers in advanced manufacturing industry:focusing both the introduction of enterpri-ses to nurture enterprises and the introduction of talents to nurture talents,building an integrated system of vo-cational education and training,establishing a talent echelon cultivation platform,and eliminating of the theory of talent hierarchy,etc.
