横纵比较视角下的宋代官员俸禄水平

关于宋代官员俸禄水平问题的研究,学界早已有所论述,观点大体不出"厚""薄"两种,盖因其参考标准与论据各不相同,故有此截然相反之结论.两种观点皆有一定的合理性,然亦有所不足,前者忽视了官员群体的内部差异,即横向比较,而后者则忽视了历史的前后变化,即纵向比较.因此,需从官员群体与时代先后,即横向与纵向两个维度来综合考察宋代官员俸禄水平这一问题,并分析宋代官员俸禄之构成与影响因素,及其于历代主要王朝中的水平,或可有更为全面、客观的认识.
Abstract
The academic circle has already reached conclusions on the study of the salary level of officials in the Song dynasty based on different reference standards and arguments,which are either high or low,two com-pletely opposite ones.Both views are reasonable to some extent,and yet also biased.The former overlooks the internal differences within the official group,that is,horizontal comparison,while the latter ignores changes in history,that is,vertical comparison.It is therefore necessary to study the salary level of officials in the Song dynasty from both horizontal and vertical dimensions,i.e.the perspectives of official group and time sequence respectively,and to analyze the composition and influencing factors of offcials'salary in the Song Dynasty and Its level among all the major dynasties,so that a more comprehensive and objective understanding could be reached.
