新质生产力内涵丰富、意义重大、任务艰巨.从核心内涵看,新质生产力是创新驱动主导的生产力,是全要素生产率大幅提升的生产力,是劳动"三要素"跃升的生产力,是具有"三高"特征的生产力;从时代意义看,发展新质生产力是顺应世界科技革命和产业变革潮流的需要,是推动高质量发展的需要,是贯彻新发展理念的需要;从实现路径看,需要深化教育、科技、人才综合改革,大力推进现代化产业体系建设,完善新型生产关系.
Abstract
New-quality productive forces feature rich connotations,great significance and arduous tasks.In terms of core connotations,new-quality productive forces are driven by innovation,and have witnessed sub-stantial increases in the productivity of all factors and in"three elements"of labour,characterized with high-tech,high-efficiency,and high-quality;in terms of the significance of the times,the development of new-quality productive forces is to conform to the trend of the world's scientific and technological revolutions and industrial transformations,the need to promote high-quality development,and the need to implement the new development concepts;in terms of realization path,it is necessary to deepen the comprehensive reforms in ed-ucation,science and technology,and talent cultivation,vigorously promote the construction of a modern in-dustrial system,and improve the new type production relations.
