摘要
玉米南方锈病是由多堆柄锈菌引起的真菌性气传病害,一旦发生,极难防治,已成为我国玉米主产区主要病害,严重危害我国玉米产量和品质.本文综述了近年来玉米南方锈病在我国的危害情况、流行的影响因素、病原菌检测方法和致病机制、防治方法,以及玉米抗南方锈病的机制、遗传基础和种质资源等,并提出未来研究方向,以期为玉米南方锈病的防控提供参考.
Abstract
Southern rust in corn is a fungal airborne disease caused by Puccinia polysora Underw..It is a major disease in the main corn production areas of China,seriously endangering the yield and quality of maize.Once it occurs,it is extremely difficult to control.This article reviews the harmfulness,influencing factors of epidemics,detection methods,pathogenic mechanisms,and control methods of southern corn rust in China in recent years.It also summarizes the genetic basis and germplasm resources of maize resistant to southern corn rust.This article proposes future research directions to provide references for the prevention and control of southern corn rust.
