摘要

内生真菌与植物存在着长期的协同进化、互利共生的作用关系,对植物的生长发育有着重要意义.内生真菌通过合成植物激素、增强植株对营养元素吸收等方式促进宿主植物的生长,又通过产生抗菌代谢物、竞争病原体资源、增加植物次生代谢物积累等途径提高植物对生物和非生物胁迫的抗性.对近年来国内外有关内生真菌促进农作物生长和增强其抗逆性方面的研究进行了系统综述,并对内生真菌在农业应用方面所面临的挑战进行探讨,以期更好地利用内生真菌来实现农业绿色生产.

Abstract

Endophytic fungi and plants have a long-term co-evolutionary and mutually beneficial symbiotic relationship,which is of great significance for the growth and development of crops.Endophytic fungi promote the growth of host plants by synthesizing plant hormones and enhancing their absorption of nutrients.They also enhance plant resistance to biotic and abiotic stress by producing antibacterial metabolites,competing with pathogens for resources,and increasing the accumulation of secondary metabolites.This article provides a systematic review of research on endophytic fungi promoting plant growth and enhancing their stress resistance at home and abroad in recent years and discusses the challenges faced by endophytic fungi in agricultural applications,with the aim of better utilizing endophytic fungi to achieve green agricultural production.
