摘要

为明确性信息素迷向技术性对番茄潜叶蛾的防治效果,采用性诱监测的田间调查方法监测番茄潜叶蛾成虫的发生动态,探明性信息素喷射型释放器和不同数量迷向丝的迷向效果以及蛀果防效.结果表明,信息素喷射型释放器对番茄潜叶蛾迷向效果显著,蛀果防效最高可达85.00%;不同数量的迷向丝均能有效地干扰成虫的交配,从而降低虫口数量.此外,50枚/667 m2处理的平均迷向率达到88.61%,与60枚/667 m2处理的平均迷向率没有显著差异,且平均蛀果防效达到82.98%,能有效控制番茄潜叶蛾的发生与为害.因此,综合防效和经济投入考虑,在实际生产中建议使用迷向丝50枚/667 m2进行防治.

Abstract

To determine the control effect of the sex pheromone-mediated mating disruption technique on Tuta absoluta,we conducted a field investigation on the occurrence dynamics of T.absoluta and analyzed the mating disruption effects as well as the damage control effects of both sprayable pheromone dispenser and twist-tie dispenser.The results showed that the sprayable dispenser had a significant effect on the mating disruption of T.absoluta,and the damage control effect could reach up to 85%.In addition,twist-tie dispensers applied in different numbers could all effectively disrupt the mating of adults and reduce the pest population.The treatment with 50 dispensers per 667 m2 resulted in an average mating disruption rate of 88.61%,which had no significant difference from the 60 dispensers per 667 m2 treatment,and the average fruit damage control efficiency reached 82.98%,indicating an effective control of the occurrence and harm of T.absoluta.Therefore,considering the comprehensive control effect and cost,it is recommended to use 50 twist-tie dispensers per 667 m2 for T.absoluta control in the field.
