为了明确河南省温县核桃黑斑病的病原菌种类以及不同核桃品种对该病的抗性,以当地核桃病果上分离频率较高且具强致病性的代表性细菌(菌株编号WB-Wen2)为对象,结合菌落形态观察与gyrB基因序列比对分析进行鉴定,并采集20个核桃品种的果实,在室内开展抗病性评价.经鉴定,温县核桃黑斑病病原为成团泛菌(Pantoea agglomerans).通过对接种后果实上的病斑直径进行系统聚类分析,20个品种中仅元林、中林1号、中林5号表现抗病,其余17个品种均表现感病,在果实生长后期需注意防控.
Pathogen identification of walnut black spot and laboratory evaluation of disease resistance in different walnut cultivars
This study aimed to clarify the pathogen of walnut black spot in Wenxian,Henan Province,and the disease resistance of different walnut cultivars,a representative bacterium,WB-Wen2,with high isolation frequency and strong pathogenicity on local walnut fruit,was employed as the subject of investigation.Identification was achieved through the colony morphology observation and gyrB gene sequence alignment analysis.The fruits of 20 major cultivars were collected for laboratory resistance evaluation.The results showed that the pathogen of the walnut black spot in Wenxian County was identified as Pantoea agglomerans.Only three cultivars,namely Yuanlin,Zhonglin 1,and Zhonglin 5,exhibited resistance to the disease,while the remaining 17 cultivars demonstrated susceptibility to the disease,which requires attention to the control of walnut black spot during the late stage of fruit growth.
