摘要

提出一种涂覆金刚石颗粒的新方法.即利用热爆反应产生的高温,诱发热爆试样中易挥发物质升华,并沉积到金刚石颗粒的表面.以Ti-Si-C体系进行热爆反应为例进行研究.结果表明,热爆反应所产生的高温会诱发大量Ti挥发.Ti沉积到金刚石颗粒的表面,同时与金刚石颗粒表面的C元素反应,形成TiC.最终,在金刚石颗粒表面涂覆Ti-TiC复合涂层.

Abstract

A new method for coating diamond particles was proposed.By utilizing the high temperature generated by the thermal explosion reaction,the volatile substances in the thermal explosion sample are induced to sublimate and deposit on the surface of diamond particles.The Ti-Si-C system as an example for conducting thermal explosion reactions was took.The results indicate that the high temperature generated by the thermal explo-sion reaction can induce a large amount of Ti volatilization.Ti deposits on the surface of diamond particles and reacts with the C element on the surface of diamond particles to form TiC.Finally,a Ti-TiC composite coating is applied to the surface of diamond particles.
