摘要

随着自动化技术、液压技术、机械设计制造工艺水平的发展和普及,国内超硬材料合成装备技术发展迅速.文章主要介绍了超硬材料的主要合成装备技术的发展情况,以及各自的特点和应用范围,特别肯定了无缸锻造压机和 MPCVD装备的发展.文章指出:六面顶压机仍然是国内的主流合成设备,CVD沉积炉在现阶段可作为补充设备.HPHT装备技术日渐成熟,CVD相关技术装备已有产业化,但仍有很多方面处在研发阶段,成长潜力值得期待.

Abstract

Due to the development and popularization of automation technology,hydraulic technology and mechanical design and manufacturing technology,the domestic super-hard mate-rial synthetic equipment technology has developed rapidly.This paper mainly introduces the de-velopment of the main synthetic equipment technology of super-hard material,as well as their respective characteristics and application scope,especially affirms the development of the no-vat forging cubic press with and MPCVD equipment.At the end of the article,it is pointed out that cubic press is still the mainstream synthesis equipment in China,and the CVD deposition furnace can be used as supplementary equipment at this stage.HPHT equipment technology is becoming increasingly mature,and CVD related technology and equipment have already been industrial-ized.However,there are still many aspects in the research and development stage,but the growth potential is worth looking forward to.
