Diamond composite spherical teeth is more difficult to make than diamond com-posite sheet.The over-complexity of the production process also leads to the difficulty in controlling the product quality and cost.The product quality cannot be improved,and the application range of diamond composite spherical teeth is affected.In order to solve the quality and cost of diamond composite spherical teeth,Jingri Composite Materials compa-ny invented a new relatively simple preparation method of diamond composite spherical teeth,which can reach a new level of product quality and performance.In this paper,the preparation method of diamond composite spherical teeth was introduced from the aspects of product structure determination,alloy matrix selection,ultrahigh pressure cavity de-sign,synthesis process optimization and so on.The characteristics of the method were ex-plained simply and clearly,and the performance of the final product was evaluated.
