摘要

采用三层结构硬质合金PcBN复合片制备技术,在六面顶压机上合成出直径Φ55 mm双面PcBN复合片,经性能测试,磨耗比达5 300,维氏硬度达5 505 HV,PcBN层抗弯强度达900 MPa,具有优异的力学性能;经切削试验,在切削W18Gr4V淬硬钢时,样品刀具的切削寿命略优于国外同类产品.

Abstract

The Φ55 mm double-sided PcBN(polycrystalline cubic boron nitride)was syn-thesized on hexahedron anvils press by using three layer structure cemented carbide PcBN composite sheet preparation technology,after performance testing,has an wear ratio of 5300,a Vickers hardness of 5 505 HV,and a PcBN layer with a bending strength of 900 MPa,exhibiting excellent mechanical properties;According to cutting tests,the cutting life of the sample cutter is slightly better than that of similar foreign products when cut-ting W18Gr4V quenched steel.
