摘要

顶锤是超高压装置的关键部件和主要耗材,硬质合金材质以其高抗压、高刚度及优良的导热、导电性能成为顶锤的最佳材质.压机和合成腔体持续大型化,对顶锤质量及其使用又提出了更高的要求.文章综述了硬质合金顶锤相关研究进展.首先,从顶锤的材质设计、生产制造、产品后处理、新型微观结构方面,对顶锤材质与生产进行探讨,以提高顶锤质量;其次,从顶锤的几何参数与调整、受力与失效分析、新型外观尺寸入手,阐述优化顶锤尺寸设计,以改善顶锤的应力分布状态;最后,从去应力时效、过盈量、小斜面摩擦力、冷却水、叶蜡石尺寸等使用技术方面进行总结,以提高顶锤的使用寿命.

Abstract

The anvil is the key component and main consumable of the ultra-high pressure device.Cemented carbide is the best material of anvils with its high compressive strength,high stiffness,excellent thermal and electrical conductivity.The press and syn-thetic cavity continue to large scale,higher requirements for the quality of the anvil and its use were expected.In this paper,the research progresses of cemented carbide anvil were reviewed.Firstly,the anvil was discussed with material design,production and man-ufacturing,product post-processing and new microstructure,the material and production of anvil were discussed to improve the quality;secondly,from the geometric parameters and adjustment,force and failure analysis,new appearance size,the optimization of the an-vil size design was expounded to improve the stress distribution state;finally,the use techniques of stress aging,magnitude of interference,friction on the small slope,cooling water,pyrophyllite dimension,etc.were summarized to improve the service life of the an-vil.
