摘要

水轮机中的过流部件,如水轮机叶片的磨损是影响水轮机性能和寿命的重要因素之一.为了克服水轮机叶片在工作过程中出现的气蚀、冲蚀磨损损伤,解决水轮机叶片表面金属流失造成的效率低和寿命短等问题,提高水轮机叶片的耐磨性能,研究者们采用了不同的方法,其中包括表面涂层技术.文章综述了水轮机叶片的磨损机理与金刚石涂层的相关研究,并对金刚石涂层在水轮机叶片上的应用进行了展望.

Abstract

The wear of the flow components in the turbine,such as the turbine blades,is one of the important factors affecting the performance and life of the turbine.In order to overcome the cavitation and erosion wear damage of turbine blades in the working process,solve the problems of low efficiency and short life caused by the loss of metal on the surface of turbine blades,and improve the wear resistance of turbine blades,research-ers have adopted different methods,including surface coating technology.In this paper,the wear mechanism of turbine blades and the related research of diamond coating are re-viewed,and the application of diamond coating on turbine blades is prospected.
