摘要

为了降低成本,采用国内两家公司的两种超细铁粉.文章对两种粉末的粒度、形态、氧含量等进行了检测,对粉末压制成型性能、烧结性能进行了对比,并对粉末在烧结金刚石锯片配方中的使用量进行了对比试验.对产品硬度、抗弯强度、切割性能等进行了测试,结果表明在金刚石锯片胎体中应用超细铁粉,产品锋利度、寿命均有较好的效果;而组合使用不同超细铁粉,发挥各自的优点,应用效果更佳.

Abstract

In order to reduce the cost,two types of superfine iron powder from two domes-tic companies were used.The article tested the particle size,morphology,and oxygen content of two types of powders,compared the powder's compaction formability and sin-tering performance,and conducted comparative experiments on the amount of powder used in the formula of sintered diamond saw blades.The hardness,bending strength,and cutting performance of the product were tested,and the results showed that the applica-tion of superfine iron powder in the diamond saw blade matrix had good effects on product sharpness and service life,by combining different superfine iron powders and leveraging their respective advantages,the application effect is better.
