摘要
铂钨合金具有高硬度和抗变形等优点,是制作珠宝首饰的新兴材料,X射线荧光光谱法检测存在元素重叠干扰,有损检测则不溶于硝酸,实验室定量检测具有一定的难度.通过结合GB/T 40114-2021方法进行实践,试验得出一种用于定量检测首饰用铂合金组分方法.该方法利用X荧光光谱仪初筛确定主要元素和杂质元素的种类和含量范围,采用王水混合氢氟酸溶解样品,重点将钨元素完全溶解,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)进行检测,在优化仪器参数和选择合理浓度梯度的标准溶液校正曲线进行分析,并通过差减法计算出铂含量.综合分析,该方法流程合理,测试结果比无损检测更可靠.
Abstract
The platinum tungsten alloy possesses the advantages of high hardness and re-sistance to deformation,making it a promising new material for jewelry production.However,the quantitative detection of its components in laboratory settings is challeng-ing due to interference from overlapping elements in X-ray fluorescence spectrometry and the insolubility of lossy detection in nitric acid.By following the GB/T 40114-2021 meth-od,we have developed a reliable approach for quantitatively detecting platinum alloy com-ponents in jewelry.This method utilizes an X-ray fluorescence spectrometer to determine the type and content range of main and impurity elements,employs aqua regia mixed with hydrofluoric acid solution for sample dissolution with particular emphasis on complete dis-solution of tungsten element,utilizes an inductively coupled plasma emission spectrome-ter(ICP-OES)for detection,and analyzes calibration curves derived from standard solu-tions by optimizing instrument parameters and selecting appropriate concentration gradi-ents.The platinum content is then calculated using a subtraction method.Comprehensive analysis confirms that this method follows a rational process resulting in more reliable test results compared to non-destructive testing.
