摘要

金刚石合成用触媒粉氧氮含量的研究,无论对于功能性金刚石的开发还是磨料级金刚石的生产和应用都具有重要意义.文章使用LECO ONH836分析仪对金刚石合成用触媒粉中的氧(红外吸收法)、氮(热导法)含量进行测量,采用GUM法(Guide to the Uncertainty in Measurement)对检测结果进行不确定度的评定.结果表明:在K=2,包含概率p=95%的情况下,氧含量的扩展不确定度为0.01%,氮含量的扩展不确定度为0.000 3%.测量不确定度的最主要来源为标样值的不确定度.评定结果作为度量金刚石合成用触媒粉中氧氮含量测量结果可信程度的重要依据,既为提高检测准确度提供了可行性指导又为研究工业金刚石性能与氧氮含量之间的内在关联提供了可靠的数据支撑.

Abstract

The study of oxygen and nitrogen content of catalyst powder for diamond syn-thesis is of great significance for the development of functional diamond and the produc-tion and application of abrasive grade diamond.In this paper,the oxygen(infrared ab-sorption method)and nitrogen(thermal conductivity method)contents in the catalyst powder for diamond synthesis were detected by using a LECO ONH 836 oxygen and ni-trogen analyzer,and the measurement uncertainty of the six aspects of the whole process of the detection was evaluated by the GUM method.The results show an extended uncer-tainty of 0.01%for the oxygen content and 0.000 3%for the nitrogen content with K=2 and inclusion probability p=95%.The most important source of measurement uncer-tainty is the uncertainty of the specimen values.The evaluation results serve as an impor-tant basis for measuring the credibility of the measurement results of the oxygen and ni-trogen content in the catalyst powder for diamond synthesis,which not only provides fea-sible guidance for improving the accuracy of the test,but also provides reliable data sup-port for the study of the intrinsic correlation between the performance of industrial dia-mond and the oxygen and nitrogen content.
