摘要
在保证滚子与内、外圈真实三维接触的前提下,用UG建立双曲面斜滚子轴承离合器实体模型,导入ANSYS加载、求解并进行应力场分析,得出了不同结构参数对双曲面斜滚子轴承离合器的应力及最大等效应力的影响规律.
Abstract
The solid model for the hyperboloid bearing clutch with skewed rollers is built with UG under the real three -dimensional contact between roller and race. By importing the model into software ANSYS for loading and solution, the analysis of stress field is carried out. The influence rules of different structural parameters on the maximum equivalent stress and stress of the clutch are obtained.
