精密超硬推力调心轴承的加工

摘要
为实现推力调心轴承在低速、重载、高压使用条件下的调心功能,且满足长寿命的设计要求,轴承各组件选用 Gr4Mo4V 和 T2超硬耐磨材料,精密加工选配组成球面副。以下轴承外瓦为例,详细介绍了其粗车加工、热处理、精车加工和球面副研磨工艺,顺利完成了精密超硬推力调心轴承的加工。
Abstract
In order to realize the aligning function and satisfy the design requirements for long life of thrust aligning bearing under the working conditions of low speed,heavy load and high pressure,the bearing components use super-hard and wear -resistant materials Gr4Mo4V and T2,a spherical pair is composed after precision processing and matc-hing.Take the outer bushing of bearing as an example,the rough turning,heat treatment ,finish turning and grinding process for spherical pair are introduced in detail,the processing and research of precision and superhard thrust alig-ning bearing are successfully completed.
