Influence of Operating Parameters on Temperature Distribution of Double Row Angular Contact Hub Bearing Units
To investigate the key factors affecting the temperature distribution of double row angular contact hub bearing units,a distributed temperature measuring experiment is conducted at 12 temperature measuring points on outer rings of the units using wavelength division multiplexing technology based on optical fiber sensing. The experimental data is combined with a grey correlation model to analyze and rank the factors affecting the temperature distribution of the units. The experimental results show that there is a significant differentiation in temperature at each measuring point of each row, with the temperature rise of right row being higher than that of left row and the temperature dispersion of measuring points of right row being greater;under combined load condition, the influence of operating parameters on average temperature rise of left row, average temperature rise of right row, average temperature rise, axial temperature difference, circumferential temperature difference of left row and circumferential temperature difference of right row are ranked in descending order as rotational speed, axial force and radial force.
