滚动轴承额定动载荷计算公式中的系数bm非常重要,自导入国际标准ISO 281:1990以来,已有30多年的历史.近期,一些国际著名轴承公司又推出了新的bm取值,使得部分类型轴承,特别是滚子类轴承的额定动载荷计算值得以大幅提高.而我国轴承行业对bm的研究仍然非常薄弱和有限,导致国产轴承的额定动载荷计算值与国外名牌轴承相比存在较大差距,为此,介绍了bm的提出背景、定义内涵、数值确定与最新发展,以期为轴承制造及应用企业在计算额定动载荷时bm的取值提供参考.
Application and Development of Factor bm of Dynamic Load Ratings for Rolling Bearings
The bm is a very important factor in calculation formulas of dynamic load ratings for rolling bearings.It has been more than 30 years since it was introduced to international standard ISO 281:1990.Recently,some global famous bearing companies have adopted new values of bm,making some types of bearings,especially roller bearings,the dynamic load ratings to be increased greatly.However,the research on factor bm in China's bearing industry is still very weak and limited,resulting in a big gap in calculated values of dynamic load ratings between domestic bearings and foreign famous bearings.Therefore,the background,definition,numerical determination and latest development of bm are introduced,so as to provide a reference for bearing manufacturers and users to take the values of bm when calculating the dynamic load ratings.
