摘要
在环氧树脂(EP)中加入一定量的r-GO和不同比例的TiO2,研究其对EP材料摩擦磨损性能的影响,并基于滑动轴承接触理论,利用ABAQUS有限元软件对添加r-GO/TiO2/EP自润滑层的滑动轴承进行仿真分析,结果表明,加入r-GO或r-GO/TiO2能显著改善EP材料的摩擦学性能,TiO2质量分数为30%的r-GO/TiO2/EP复合材料的摩擦磨损性能最佳;r-GO/TiO2/EP自润滑层的引入能改善轴承的应力和应变分布.
Abstract
The effects of adding a certain amount of r-GO and different proportions of TiO2 to epoxy resin(EP)on friction and wear properties of EP materials are studied.Based on contact theory of plain bearings,the plain bearings with r-GO/TiO2/EP self-lubricating layer are simulated and analyzed by ABAQUS finite element software.The results show that the addition of r-GO or r-GO/TiO2 can significantly improve the tribological properties of EP materials,and the r-GO/TiO2/EP composites with 30%TiO2 content have the best friction and wear properties;the introduction of r-GO/TiO2/EP self-lubricating layer can improve the stress and strain distribution of the bearings.
