Study on Fracturing Stimulation Techniques for Tight Sandy Conglomerate Oil and Gas Reservoir Based on Reservoir Sweets Spot Characteristics
The reservoir of the second member of the Permian Jiamuhe Formation in the south slope of Zhong-guai bulge in the the Junggar Basin is tight sandy conglomerate containing laumontite. The output of vertical wells drilled on favorable structures in the early stages was low.The first horizontal well drilled in the area was used to increase production in 2014,however,the fracture height was not effectively controlled, the deep water coning was too fast, and the long-term test production effect was poor.In recent years, comprehensive research on seismic and geology has found that there are local sweet spots in the reservoir.Because there is no barrier at the bottom, strict control of fracture propagation downward is required during fracturing.By combing the charac-teristics of the reservoir sweet spots, the quality of the sweet spots of each fault is evaluated comprehensively, which provides a basis for the selection of oil test section and the deployment of new wells. In order to fracture with controlled height and improve the production of single well and test production effect, indoor experiments were conducted on the conductivity of artificial barriers and optimization of the particle size of artificial barrier proppant was completed, numerical simulation research on fracturing was conducted and critical construction pa-rameters for the formation of effective thickness artificial barriers in Zhongjia area were determined. It is conclu-ded that the downward propagation of hydraulic fractures can be inhibited by changing fluid viscosity and dis-placement and laying effective artificial barriers in the preflush stage. In the proppant carrying stage, adding a certain concentration of fibers can further enhance the support of the proppant for the upper high-quality reservoir. After the application of this combined fracture height control technology in the area, the downward propagation height of the fracture was effectively controlled, and the sweets sections were fully transformed.During well tes-ting and subsequent trial production periods, high oil and gas production capacities were maintained, and good fracturing stimulation effects were achieved.
