Current Status and Prospects of Well Testing and Completion Technology in Sichuan-Chongqing Region
In recent years,as exploration and development continue to advance towards deep formations,the de-mand for oil testing and completion of 8,000 meter deep wells in the Sichuan-Chongqing region has gradually in-creased,and the countdown to oil testing in 10,000 meter deep wells has also begun.The deep production layers in the Sichuan Chongqing region are characterized by high pressure,ultra-high temperature,and high hydrogen sulfide content,which poses great challenges to oil testing and completion technology.The article focuses on the two core goals of safe and rapid oil testing and completion in deep wells,as well as improving the quality and effi-ciency of downhole data acquisition.It analyzes the progress made in basic research on deep and ultra deep oil tes-ting and completion engineering,oil testing and completion technology,high-temperature and high-pressure sur-face equipment,and small wellbore oil testing and completion tools.It summarizes the"integrated technology of oil testing and completion"and"automated testing technology of high-pressure gas well surface equipment"formed in long-term engineering practice The characteristic technologies of deep and ultra deep well testing and completion in the Sichuan Chongqing region,such as"dynamic monitoring technology of production wells"and"safety evaluation technology of well testing and completion string,"provide reference for other similar block tes-ting and completion projects in China.In the face of increasingly harsh geological conditions and engineering chal-lenges in ultra deep and ultra deep wells,this article explores the development and prospects of oil testing and completion technology.In terms of safe and rapid oil testing operations,the focus is on researching and developing higher temperature and pressure level oil testing and completion tools,thereby simplifying the structure of the pipe string and improving reliability.In terms of data acquisition,we will develop real-time measurement technology based on sensors and wireless transmission,create an information highway for the wellbore,improve data timeli-ness and accuracy,and lay the foundation for big data analysis and intelligent decision-making.
