精细控压排气降密度技术在蓬莱气区的实践

蓬莱气区储层埋藏较深,极易出现"喷漏同存"的复杂情况,常规钻井技术条件下,井筒压力波动较大,处理复杂时间较长且在处理过程中易造成二次复杂,故现在多选用精细控压钻井技术处理同井段存在多压力系统和窄安全密度窗口的问题.针对上述问题,文章介绍了精细控压钻井技术的控压排气降密度方法,通过精细控压钻井技术控制井底压力微小于地层压力,让地层流体有控制地进入井筒并释放,以重建安全密度窗口,并将其在该区块实际应用效果跟常规钻井技术进行了对比,不仅减少了复杂处理时间,提高了钻井作业效率,而且有效降低了复杂处理过程中的井控风险,验证了该技术的可行性,其显著提升了钻井过程中控压排气降密度效率和安全性,建议后续在蓬莱气区进一步推广应用该技术.
Practice of Gas Release and Density Reduction with MPD in Penglai Gas Zone
Due to the deep burial of reservoirs in the Penglai gas area,it is highly prone to the complex situation of"coexistence of lost circulation and overflow".Under the conditions of conventional drilling technology,the wellbore pressure fluctuates greatly,the processing time is long,which can easily cause secondary complexity dur-ing the processing,so the fine pressure-controlled drilling technology is now mostly used to deal with the problems of multiple pressure systems and narrow safety density windows in the same well section.Therefore,precise MPD is used to deal with the problems of multiple pressure systems and narrow safety density windows in the same well section.The MPD is used to control the bottom hole pressure to be slightly lower than the formation pressure,so that the formation fluid can enter the wellbore in a controlled manner and release,so that the safe density window can be rebuilt.The actual application effect of this technology in the block is compared with conventional drilling technology,which not only reduces complex processing time,but also effectively reduces the well control risk dur-ing complex processing,verifies the feasibility of this technology,and significantly improves the efficiency and safety of gas release and density reduction during drilling.It is recommended to further promote the application of this technology in the Penglai gas area in the future.
