摘要
海洋井控应急救援能力建设是开发蓝色国土、保障能源安全的重要抓手,是中国建设现代化应急管理体系的重要组成部分."十三五"至今,中国海油通过理论创新和科技攻关,完成了海洋井控应急救援能力建设的总体布局,并取得阶段性成果,具备了序列完善、功能完备的浅水井控应急救援能力和部分深水井控应急救援能力.文章针对目前国内外井控应急救援的技术现状,分析了中国海洋井控应急救援面临的问题与挑战,并详细介绍了中国海油井控应急救援技术的进展、海洋井控应急救援的关键装备及数字化井控系统,提出未来海洋井控应急救援"无人化、可视化、智能化"的发展方向,以期突破卡脖子关键核心技术,为保障国家能源安全、建设海洋强国做出更大贡献.
Abstract
The construction of emergency response ability for offshore well control is not only an important guarantee for developing ocean and ensuring energy security,but also a vital component of establishment of a modern emergency management system in China.Since the 13th Five Year Plan,CNOOC has completed the comprehensive strategy of offshore well control emergency response ability construction through theoretical in-novation and technological breakthroughs,and achieved phased results,basically possessing the shallow water well control emergency response ability with complete sequences and functions,as well as partial ability to deep water well control emergency.Focusing on the current technical status of well control emergency response both domestically and internationally,this paper analyzes the problems and challenges faced by China's offshore well control emergency response,and provides a detailed introduction to the progress of China National Offshore Oil Corporation's well control emergency response technology,key equipment for offshore well control emergency response,and digital well control systems.It proposes the development direction of"unmanned,visual,and in-telligent"well control emergency response in the future,in order to break through the bottleneck of key core technologies and make greater contributions to ensuring national energy security and developing ocean.
