数字化井控技术研究现状及发展趋势

目前油气勘探开发领域逐渐向高温高压、深水深层等复杂油气领域拓展,钻完井难度与井控风险也随之增加.随着数字化技术与井控技术的深度融合应用,数字化井控技术在井控风险识别、溢流应急处理、井控失控应急抢险等方面凸显了重要作用,有助于提升井控风险管理水平和应急处置的效率.文章综述了国内和国外数字化井控技术的研究现状,从井控信息管理系统、井控智能化培训系统、精细控压钻井、智能化早期溢流识别、自动化关井压井、智能化应急救援装备和数字孪生井控技术 7 个方面详细介绍了技术现状及应用效果,同时分析了国内外在数字化井控技术方面的发展差距.最后在现有数字化井控技术的基础上,分别针对一级井控、二级井控、三级井控提出了下步重点攻关方向和发展趋势,以供同行业者参考.
Progress and Trends of Digital Well Control Technology
With the oil and gas exploration and development towards complicated fields such as high tempera-ture,high pressure,deep water and deep formation,the difficulty of drilling and completion,as well as the risk of well control,continues to increase.With the deep integration of digital technology and well control technology,digital well control technology has played a prominent role in well control risk identification,kick emergency re-sponse,and well control emergency response,helping to improve the level of well control risk management and the efficiency of emergency response.This article summarizes the current research status of digital well control technology both domestically and internationally.It introduces the technical status and application effects from seven aspects:well control information management system,intelligent well control training system,managed pres-sure drilling,intelligent early kick detection,automatic shut-in and killing,intelligent emergency equipment,and digital twin well control technology.Additionally,it analyzes the development gap between domestic and foreign digital well control technology.Finally,based on the existing digital well control technology,the key research di-rections and development trends for primary,secondary,and tertiary well control are proposed for peer reference.
