摘要

精细控压钻井技术可使复杂地层普遍存在的井涌、漏失、坍塌、卡钻等井下复杂,特别是"溢漏同存"的窄密度窗口钻井难题得到有效解决,并提高复杂地层钻井成功率,实现安全、高效、快速钻井作业.实践证明,精细控压钻井技术越来越多地体现出常规钻井技术无法比拟的技术优势.文章介绍了精细控压钻井技术及装备的发展过程,重点介绍了笔者研究团队研发的控压钻井工况模拟装置及评价方法、精细控压钻井成套装备、集"钻、录、测"于一体的控压钻井方法以及欠平衡精细控压钻井工艺技术等核心技术,分析了精细控压钻井技术现场应用效果与适用性,提出了下步发展方向.精细控压钻井技术作为一项先进钻井技术,将是未来闭环钻井技术发展的重要基础.

Abstract

Managed Pressure Drilling(MPD)technology could effectively resolve the downhole issues,which generally occurs during drilling operation,such as kick,loss,wellbore collapse,pipe sticking,etc.,especially the narrow density window of"coexistence of kick and loss",enhancing the success rate of drilling in the complex formation and implementing safe,efficient and rapid drilling operation.It has been proved that MPD technology possesses the technical advantages that conventional drilling technology can not match.The development process of MPD technology is introduced in this paper,focusing on the working condition simulation device and systemat-ic evaluation method of MPD,the first MPD equipment,MPD method integrating drilling,well logging and mud logging,underbalanced MPD technology,etc.,which are developed by the author research team.The field applica-tion effects and applicability of this technology are analyzed,and the next development direction is proposed.As an advanced drilling technology,MPD technology will be the important cornerstone for the development of closed-loop drilling technology in the future.
