基于多相流理论的救援井动态压井模拟方法研究

目前救援井动态压井模拟方法多为各类软件模拟,鲜有结合实井试验验证过其可靠性的模拟方法,且试验存在缺乏模拟模型、试验参数设计难的问题.因此,提出了一种救援井动态压井模拟方法,可用于救援井动态压井全过程模拟,也可用于救援井动态压井及试验的方案设计.该方法建立了救援井动态压井模拟模型,模型由井身结构、钻井液、地面设备等数据搭建,并嵌入了可实现模拟过程中井下安全性(套管鞋处压力、管柱受力)监测、地面泵注设备智能超压保护、模拟压井流程一体化等多项作用的功能模块,为救援井动态压井的方案设计提供模拟支持.模拟结果表明:高压井排量、高密度压井液有助于快速压井.试验结果表明:本方法模拟结果与实测数据变化趋势具有较高吻合度,整体试验过程、动态压井阶段模拟的平均相对误差均小于 10%,验证了模拟方法的合理性和可靠性.该救援井动态压井的模拟方法对科学有效地进行救援井动态压井、提升救援井动态压井成功率具有重要意义.
Research on Simulation Method of Dynamic Killing Through Relief Well Based on Multi-phase Flow Theory
At present,most of the simulation methods of relief well dynamic killing are software simulation,while few of their reliability have been verified by field experiment.Besides,for the relief well dynamic killing experi-ment,there are problems such as lack of simulation model and having difficulty in experiment design.Therefore,a simulation method of relief well dynamic killing based on dynamic multi-phase flow theory is established,which can be used for the whole process simulation of relief well dynamic killing,as well as the scheme design of relief well dynamic killing and experiment.This method establishes a simulation model of relief well dynamic killing,which is built by well structure,mud,surface equipment and other data,and embedded with a number of function-al modules to realize downhole safety monitoring(casing shoe pressure,pipe string stress)during the simulation process,intelligent over-pressure protection of surface pumping equipment,integration of simulated killing process,etc.It provides simulation support for the scheme design of relief well dynamic killing.Simulation results indicate that high killing pump rate and killing mud with high density can help save killing time.The experiment results show that the simulation results of this method are in good agreement with the measured data.Both of the average relative errors of whole experiment process simulation and dynamic killing stage are less than 10%,verif-ying the rationality and reliability of the simulation method.The simulation method of relief well dynamic killing is of great significance for scientific and effective relief well dynamic killing and improving the success rate of relief well dynamic killing.
