库车山前巨厚砾石层震动控制方法的研究

库车山前巨厚砾石层软硬交错,钻进过程中钻具震动强烈,"蹩跳钻"现象严重,对钻头、地面设备等损伤严重,制约了山前主力油气区块的提速提效.为有效降低井下震动,保护井下工具、提高钻头使用寿命,文章设计了一款具有较好抗冲击、抗涡动和稳定性的PDC钻头;针对正在使用的碟簧减震器、防粘滑工具等减震工具存在的不足,研制出了震动解耦工具DDS,结合工作经验,提出了带震动解耦工具DDS的钻具组合.现场试验表明,新配置的钻具组合在井下工作时钻头处测得的震动均值平均降幅达到30.2%,震动峰值平均降幅17.4%,新研制的钻头减小了对钻头和复合片的冲击,延长了钻头的使用寿命,满足了快速钻进需求,为国内砾石层钻进过程中的震动控制提供了重要参考.
Research on Vibration Control Method of Ultra-thick Gravel Layer in Kuqa Piedmont
During drilling the ultra-thick,soft-hard interbedded,gravel layer in Kuqa piedmont area,strong drill-ing tool vibration occur such as slick slip oscillation and bit bounce,which can seriously damage the drilling tool,bit and surface equipment,restricting the development speed and efficiency of the main oil and gas block in Kuqa piedmont.In order to reduce downhole vibration,protect downhole tools,and prolong the service life of drill bit,a PDC bit with good anti-impact,anti-whirl and stability is designed in this paper.In view of the shortcomings of the existing damping tools such as the disc spring shock absorber and anti-slip tool,a is developed,and a bottom hole assembly with vibration decoupling tool proposed based on working experience.Field tests show that the av-erage drop of vibration measured at the drill bit is 30.2%and the average drop of peak vibration is 17.4%.The newly developed drill bit and vibration reduction greatly reduce the impact on the drill bit and composite sheet,extend the service life of the drill bit and meet the needs of rapid drilling,which provides an important reference for vibration control during gravel drilling in China.
