Influence of Structural Parameters of Rotary Shoe Guide Head on Sand Cleaning Performance
In order to study the influence of the structural parameters of the guide head of the rotary guide shoe on the sand cleaning effect,the guide head model was established by using the fluent software.With the volume fraction of the guide head flowing to the sand and the dimensionless quality of the sand in each part of the simula-tion model as the evaluation index,the influence of the guide head structural parameters on the sand cleaning effect was studied,and the optimization of structural parameters was completed.The results show that with the in-crease of blade height,length,number and water hole diameter,the overall cleaning effect of the rotary guide head increases first and then decreases.With the increase of blade width and spiral angle,the overall cleaning effect of rotary guide head decreases.The optimal structural parameters are:the height of the blade is 13 mm,the width of the blade is 15 mm,the length of the blade is 60 mm,the number of the blades is 5,the spiral angle of the blade is 40°,and the diameter of the water hole is 25 mm.The results can provide reference for the structural design of rotary guide head.
