长宁页岩气平台油基钻井液封堵技术研究与应用

在西南地区页岩气水平段,油基钻井液的防塌封堵一直是现场面临的技术难题,文章通过大量调研以及对长宁地区页岩气目的层进行岩性分析,通过室内试验研发了一套适合长宁地区的封堵工艺.室内优选的最佳封堵剂加量为3%CXG-1+3%CXG-2+3%CXG-3+2%NS-6,该配方对钻井液流变性有略微影响,室内试验中高温高压滤失量从3.2mL下降至0.8 mL,破乳电压提高了 140 V,现场试验中高温高压滤失量从2.0 mL下降至0.8 mL,破乳电压提高了121 V.现场应用表明该封堵技术有良好封堵防塌性,且与油基钻井液配伍良好.通过与同平台已完钻的4 口井对比,在采用该封堵技术后,钻井周期从38.1 d降低至11.4 d、井眼扩大率从18%降低至4%,从而降低了钻井成本,具有推广价值.
Research and Application of Plugging Technology for Oil-based Drilling Fluid in Changning Platform
In the horizontal section of shale gas in southwest China,anti-collapse and plugging performance of oil-based drilling fluid have always been technical problems faced in field.In this paper,a set of plugging technol-ogy,suitable for Changning area,is developed after a lot of preliminary research and lithology analysis of shale gas target layer in Changning area through laboratory tests.The optimal dosage of plugging agent in the laboratory is 3%CXG-1+3%CXG-2+3%CXG-3+2%NS-6,which has a slight influence on the rheology of drilling fluid.In the laboratory test,the high temperature and high pressure filtration loss decreases from 3.2 ml to 0.8 ml,and the emulsion breaking voltage increases by 140 V.In the field test,the high temperature and high pressure filtration decreased from 2.0 mL to 0.8 mL,and the demulsification voltage increased by 121 V.Field application shows that this plugging technology has good plugging and anti-collapse performance and is well compatible with oil-based drilling fluids.Compared with the four wells drilled on the same platform,the drilling cycle was reduced from 38.1d to 11.4 d and the hole expansion rate was reduced from 18%to 4%,thus reducing the drilling cost and having the value of popularization.
