页岩储层高性能钻井液体系研究及环境污染性能评价

随着环保要求的日益严格,油基钻井液在页岩储层水平段钻进过程中的应用受到越来越多限制.文章通过研制环保型页岩抑制剂APG-Ⅱ,并结合其他环保型处理剂,研发了一种适合鄂尔多斯盆地延长组页岩气水平井的高性能水基钻井液体系,并对其综合性能和环境污染性能进行了评价,结果表明该钻井液体系具有良好的耐温、降滤失、润滑和抑制性能,在140 ℃下老化后钻井液的流变性能稳定,HTHP失水量小于5 mL,极压润滑系数小于0.09,岩屑滚动一次回收率大于95%,二次回收率大于91%;体系抗污染性能较强.现场高性能水基钻井液体系的石油类物质含量、生物毒性、生物降解性和重金属含量均能满足标准要求,对环境污染相对较小,环保性能明显优于目前现场使用的聚胺钻井液和聚磺钻井液体系.高性能水基钻井液在YC-1-B井水平段应用过程顺利,性能与油基钻井液基本相当,在满足环保要求的同时具有良好的钻井液性能.
Research on High Performance Drilling Fluid System in Shale Reservoir and Evaluation of Environmental Pollution Performance
With the increasingly strict environmental requirements,the application of oil-based drilling fluids in horizontal well drilling in shale reservoir is more and more limited.Therefore,by developing environmentally friendly shale inhibitor APG-Ⅱ and combining with other environmentally friendly treatment agents,a high-per-formance water-based drilling fluid system suitable for shale gas horizontal wells was studied,and its comprehen-sive performance and environmental pollution performance were evaluated.The results show that the drilling fluid system has good temperature resistance,fluid loss reduction,lubrication and inhibition properties.After aging at 140 ℃,the rheological properties of the drilling fluid are stable,the HTHP water loss is less than 5 mL,the ex-treme pressure lubrication coefficient is less than 0.09,and the primary recovery rate of cuttings rolling is greater than 95%,and the secondary recovery rate is greater than 91%.The system has strong anti-pollution performance.The content of petroleum substances,biotoxicity,biodegradability and heavy metals of the on-site high-perform-ance water-based drilling fluid system can meet the standard requirements,and the pollution to the environment is relatively small,and the environmental performance is obviously better than that of the on-site polyamine drilling fluid and polysulfonate drilling fluid system.The application process of the high-performance water-based drilling fluid in the horizontal section of YC-1-B well was successful,and the performance of the drilling fluid was basi-cally equivalent to that of the oil-based drilling fluid,and good drilling effect was achieved while meeting the re-quirements of environmental protection.
