复合黏结堵漏技术研究及应用

为了解决复杂漏失地层堵漏难、堵漏成功率低的问题,研发了一种复合黏结堵漏技术,在钻井液中直接加入桥堵材料和聚合物凝胶SVG提升堵漏浆的驻留能力和封堵效果.文章通过优选聚合物主剂SVG加量和缓黏剂,形成了不同温度区间的聚合物凝胶SVG体系.封堵实验表明:加入聚合物凝胶SVG和桥堵材料GT-MF、NTBASE形成的复合黏结堵漏浆展现出优异的封堵效果,8~5mm梯形缝板和5 mm平行缝板封堵达到最高压力60 MPa,未突破.封堵机理是复合黏结堵漏浆达到漏层温度后,聚合物凝胶加速溶胀,浆体增稠表现出强黏结性,既能黏结堵漏材料,促进桥堵颗粒滞留和架桥,又能强黏结于漏失通道壁面,提升驻留效果,弥补了桥接堵漏技术和聚合物凝胶技术的不足,对于在恶性漏失地层具有广阔的应用前景.
Research and Application of Composite Bonding Plugging Technology
In order to solve the problems of difficult plugging and low success rate of plugging in complex lost-circulation formation,a composite bonding plugging technology was developed.Bridge plugging materials and polymer gel SVG were directly added to drilling fluid to improve the retention capacity and plugging effect of plugging slurry.In this paper,the polymer gel SVG system with different temperature range was formed by selec-ting the polymer SVG dosage and retarder.The plugging experiment shows that the composite bonded leakage plugging slurry formed by adding polymer gel SVG and bridging materials GT-MF and NTBASE has excellent plugging effect,and the sealing pressure of 8~5 mm ladder seam plate and 5 mm parallel seam plate reaches 60 MPa without breakthrough.The plugging mechanism is that after the composite bonded plugging slurry reaches the lost-circulation formation temperature,the polymer gel accelerates swelling,and the slurry thickens,showing strong adhesion.It can not only bond the plugging material,promote the retention of bridge plugging particles and bridge building,but also strongly bond to the wall of the leakage channel,improve the retention effect,and make up for the shortcomings of bridge plugging technology and polymer gel technology.It has a broad application prospect in formation with severe loss.
